This helps us manage capacity and make the experience smoother for all participants.

How do i redeem my physical pass? Can my friend redeem it from us?

Pass collection starts Day 1 of RFJAM SUMMER JAM — the Showcase Comp Day. Full details will be announced on Instagram closer to the event.

We strongly encourage you to collect your pass in person with a valid photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license). 

If the photo on your pass doesn’t match you, our staff can update it onsite. However, if someone else collects your pass, we won’t be able to make any photo changes later, and entry may be refused.

 

Class entry is prioritised for pass holders. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure smooth check-in.

Each pass is non-transferable, and entry may be refused if the photo or name does not match the registered holder.

Bulk Purchase (Package)

How can I confirm that my pass purchase and registration have been successfully completed?

We’ll send you an email once your payment has been successfully received.

Processing time may vary by region and payment method, so please allow 3–5 working days for us to get back to you.

All confirmation emails will come from SJDCbooking@gmail.com or SJDCinfo@gmail.com. Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk/spam folder just in case.

If I want to attend a lot of classes, what should i buy?

For package holders, how do i book my classes?

The class reservation link serves as an indication of the classes the pass holder wishes to attend. If you change your mind after submitting the form, that’s completely fine—we can still track your class credits via the class pass.

Please note that class priority is given to pass holders.

Class reservation links are sent after we confirm your order, which typically takes about a week. If you don’t receive the link, no worries—you can still attend the classes you want, as we can track your class credits via the class pass.

Are the Packages refundable? Can it be shared?

Packages, classes sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Each pass or ticket admits only one.

Access to AfterParty, RFJAM and HANCAI BEACH PARTY? Exclusive invites to Summer Jam welcome party?

Every pass holder will enjoy entry to both the AfterParty and Hancai beach party. Additionally, pass holders will receive a special invitation to the Summer Jam Welcome party.

Note – To attend RFJAM, you will need to purchase tickets separately.

Can i purchase single class tickets?

Single Class will be made available online at end Jan – Feb, subject to availability, and on a first come first serve basis.
On-site purchases are available subject to availability.

We expect the more popular classes to be fully sold out before the start of the camp.

How to redeem my TICKET QR for single classes purchase.

SINGLE CLASS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IN JAN-FEB AFTER THE SCHEDULE IS FIXED.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE OF YOUR RFJAM ENTRY PASS:

Step 1:
If you already have an Eventbrite account, log in and check your tickets under “Orders.”
If you don’t have an account, check your email inbox for an order confirmation from
noreply@order.eventbrite.com.

Step 2:
Open the confirmation email and click “Go to My Ticket.”

Step 3:
A login link will be sent to your inbox — open that new email and click “Log In.”

Step 4:
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your ticket page.

Step 5:
Check that your ticket is valid. Download it if needed, or keep it accessible via the Eventbrite app.

Important Notes

  • Your e-ticket contains a QR code required for entry.
    Each QR code admits one (1) person into RFJAM 2025.
  • Keep your ticket handy by saving a screenshot or using the Eventbrite app for quick access.
  • We’re very strict about ticket scanning. Each QR code is unique and can only be used once.
    Anyone found trying to reuse, share, or duplicate a QR code may be banned from future events — so please keep it honest and respectful.

After-parties kick off from 12 March onwards.

VISA to Vietnam

Please check & verify with your local Visa Application Centre or Embassy.

For international participants needing a letter for Visa application, please keep in mind that we will only issue a LETTER OF PARTICIPATION after we receive the payment. Please note that we will stop issuing the letter by the END OF FEB 2024.

We need proof that you are attending the event before we can issue the letter. Please email directly to info@radikalforzejam.com.

Can I purchase the Package in Singapore?

Purchase it online! You may pick the local bank transfer and use the PAYNOW TO UEN option.
